Anon Vault: Survival Protocol is a gritty post-apocalyptic strategy game set in a ruined world after a nuclear catastrophe. The surface of the planet is a fatal radiation-filled, poisonous wind-filled, and fallout wasteland. The rest of the human race lives in colossal underground compartments called vaults, which are designed to be inhabited by generations, although nothing can be assured.

There are shortages in supplies, equipment collapses, and panic is quickly transmitted in the limited areas. You are the leader of the vault, and you control the resources, the rules, and you have to make the decisions of brutality and either your people live or they die.

The game plunges you into adrenaline-filled situations of survival where you have to make decisions with ramifications. Hiring strangers are at your vault-door do you receive them in and put a burden on your purse, or reject them to preserve your society? Showing compassion may undermine your stance whereas meanness may ruin morale in your system.

No right and no wrong- just the consequences of your actions and what it really costs you to survive in this broken world.

Story

The surface of the globe is the dead wasteland where one cannot survive any more after decades of endless nuclear warfare. Having foreseen the approaching end, mankind built underground cellars, where they could keep the life under the layers of steel and concrete.

The communities that lived in these vaults, remote communities, lived by a strict rule, used up limited resources, and trusted the systems that were designed to safeguard them. Years went by and the vaults were airtight- until the outside world discovered a means of entry.

Surface survivors are now showing up at the entrance of the vaults and they are desperate, hungry and hopeful. Some come to find protection, others come to share knowledge and some come with hidden dangers that might bring everything down.

Fear and doubt start to develop in the vault as people wonder whether it will be humanity that is rescued or they will be permanently destroyed once the doors are opened. It is your responsibility as the Overseer of the Survival Protocol to protect the vault at any cost as per the Survival Protocol.
