Top Speed 3D: Street Legends, you are playing as Alex Blaze, a young street racer who has one ambition in his life and it is to be the fastest and the most feared driver in the city. Alex comes in response to the challenge by becoming the new king of the street racing after seeing the horrific crashing of the former king, Viper.

City is a hazardous area and is full of rival racing groups, police, and street gangs, all fighting to get a grip of the urban racing market. It is up to Alex to race the most reputable racers in the illegal, high-speed street races, and he has to do it without the police and without causing disrespect to other racers.

As Alex progresses, they discover some black secrets concerning the underworld of street racing, in the process of personal betrayals and hazardous challenges. On their journey, they will be forced to find allies, make their rides unique, and demonstrate that they are worthy of winning all the racecourses, whether they are the city streets with neon lights or the dark alleyways and huge highways.
